It was great to catch up with you guys and to chat around a real coal fire. Mike and I enjoyed our walk over the frozen flood plane too!

Nick and and had trouble getting up to the bridge only because a 'responsible' parent allowed his young daughter to walk out of the footpath with her dog on a long lead then the whole family decided to stand on the road and debate what direction to move in

As always a good meet, great to catch up with everyone, it really is a great venue, though it didnt have the usual hot sun, but blessed us with a superb Wintery scene.

Rich the changes to Smudge look really good and Lee the Vedub looks spot on I'm sure Mikes chuffed to bits with it (my first car was older than I was...and a bit knackered )

I really enjoy these regular SMS drive out meets we have.

Dave thanks for the lift in, I wouldnt have felt right turning up in the Audi somehow .
Well there's a few good ideas suggested so lets hope we can get a date / time sorted to establish which is the fatsest over a mile a Tomcat or F.

Jo and I were in the Leighton Buzzard area at Lunchtime today, so I suggested we dine at the 'Globe'; remembering positive posts on here.

What a lovely place: pleasant surroundings and good food.

Now, having driven in and out, I reckon you guys did well to get over the bridge in those conditions.
