New brakes fitted on the rear ;)
New brakes fitted on the rear ;)
Well this morning I treated Fizzbot to afew tweaks, one being the intake plenum on the throttle bodies which I have had for over a year but needed a new base plate making up so had to wait, but then a real worth while tweak which was a new 280mm rear big brake kit
After afew miles of bedding in I could feel the improvement as when braking instead of the slight nose dive I got before the car now squots down evenly and firmed up the brake pedal. Can't wait till they really bed in, only thing now is I need the front disc's producing to match the rears
Well there would be pictures here but photofu*ket is playing up so can't link anything atm grrrr

Made by John Reed, he does 280mm kits for the front and rear. He was at Fest this year with a small stand round the side demostrating his work and what he can do
His website is http://www.johnreedracing.co.uk/ for more info and enquiries but I think he said he is having afew problems with the site, his email is john@johnreedracing.co.uk

Yep, speaking of the mirrors I had an email from the buyer of the mirrors after he had received them and he said he was un sure if he was going to fit them after all as he thought they were a simple screw on than change the complete glass guide. So keep an eye on ebay as he may sell them on
