This event, held at the Cotswold Wildlife Park in Burford and run by the Oxfordshire MG Owners' Club, is on once again this weekend (Apologies for the late thread!). The SmS stand will be there so please feel free to join us.

The event website can be found HERE.

If you're interested in joining us, please post below.

Attendees
  • Rich & Kate
  • Dave & Carole
  • Iain (Captain Slow)
  • Iain (crazyyen)

Rich, put me down as a maybe and I'll confirm on Saturday whether I'm coming-it depends how knackered I am after the drive back from Cornwall!

We're up a Oulton Park so can't make this one. It's been a great event when we've been in the past. Maybe next year?

I'll be going but I guess I'll be either joining the convoy last gasp or seeing you there what with me coming in from the western front. Rich if you've got any south mids decals I'd love to buy a set for McLeod.

Sod it, I'm knackered but let's go for it-count me in Rich (alone). Not sure where I can meet you en-route though-was thinking maybe just going to the meet point at Sixfields...

I guess Rich will be in his Rover so I'm sure you'll be welcome Smile

As for admission-don't know-may be worth a check on the park's website?

Hopefully see you in the morning (and see you in the morning at Sixfields Rich)

Not a bad day all round, could not believe just how many MG'S turned up. Met quite a few people we now know which is always good. The park is quite the best kept I have seen for many a year.

The animals so well displayed and looked after, a nice mix of interesting species.

The gardens and flowers added to the enjoyment. That old Oak tree outside the cafe must have been at least four hundred years old, stunning old tree. What passing life has that seen then over the years?

It was bloody cold though but maybe as Kate says my blood is thinning out........oh dear surely not!

Oh yes, I forgot to mention that on arriving home I discovered yet another dent (not stone chip) right in the centrof the F bonnet and not an inch from the last one. Just like someone had fisted a stick into it? no idea how the first one got there! About 5 pence across.

Anyone recommend a realiable and inexpensive service to remove same?
