Rover 25 Impression - Emma

Post  Captain Slow on 27/9/2011, 7:12 pm

Emma's replacement 25 has hit the road (not literally! Shocked ).

It's a 25 Impression complete with sunroof (woooop...)-not as highly specced as the other one, but on the plus side, the tappet rattle on cold start is absent on this one and there's no big dent in the tailgate Laughing

On an even bigger plus side, look how it came up after an attack with my machine polisher... Very Happy

Now a (grovelling) appeal-it came with three awful Halfords wheeltrims-does anyone have a set of spare Rover 14" wheeltrims to finish her off? Surprised

It needs a set of hairpins... That'll finish the look perfectly!

Linky

Excellent job... Shiney! Jiggly laugh

She wants alloys but being honest finances have to be directed elsewhere at the moment-also the steel's tyres all have reasonable tread left.

Very clean, looking like a negative on my ZS colour wise Wink

With the wheels, leave them until the new year as this way you can save some pennies and also get winter out of the way incase of any damage caused to the wheels in the bad weather Smile

btw, got your parts ready when you want them so shall I just bring them along to the meet?

Try the local council estate. I'm sure one of the kids hanging around the swings will be able to find you some Shocked
