That's real bad news mate. Obviously, my first shout would be Russell (MG Rover Solutions), especially as I'm currently negotiating club sponsorship with him!

I hope you get back on the road soon and all is fine for FRL. I suppose you could say better now than round the far side of the M25... Evil or Very Mad

If the Saint is busy

Try Dave and Kayleigh in Derby

http://www.dave-mgrovermobilemechanic.co.uk

or Jon Norris in Oakham

http://www.roughluckracing.com/

Both well recommended

Matt Stephens at Pirrelli Pro Rally (formerly MG Extreme Rally) Experience does a good job. Not the cheapest but very thorough and did Dawn's ZR a while back. They are based near Silverstone and have a trailer so can collect if needed.

Matt Stevens lives in Weedon.
He is currently busy working for Bentley.
His number is 07836 286557.
He did fixed a rear subframe/clutch/wishbones/mot etc for me in 2010/2011.
He quotes about £800 for the head gasket, he changes everything and offers a 60,000 warranty.
