Longbridge Factory visit

Post  Tony on 2/3/2012, 11:24 pm

MG UK have announced that they will be conducting factory tours at Longbridge soon. Would anyone be interested in going?

We have (at the moment) about 5 or 6 people from brit-cars who would be interested and could easily arrange a shared date.

Yup, sounds like a plan! It'll be interesting to compare it with when MG Rover were assembling 'real' British MGs and Rovers there...

Tours are currently only done on Thursday afternoons. I'll let everyone know when/if a date is booked.

I plan to go as a friend wants to go so she can pester them for her new 5 lol

I haven't looked into this yet as in Im not sure if people need to submit a group viewing and if there is a size limit(not per person but per group Wink ) and if you just have to contact them to say your interested and then wait for them to say when you can go and attend.

Have you got any more insight to this?

iirc the maximum group size is 20. I'm not sure if you have to book a group or can book individually but we were planning on booking a group from brit-cars when we can find a date everyone can agree on.
